Dr. Shani Horowitz-Rozen
Dr. Shani Horowitz-Rozen is a strategic communication expert with over 15 years of experience in creating and planning marketing narratives for organizations, transforming ideas and goals into effective communication actions.
Dr. Horowitz-Rozen has developed communications strategies, marketing content, and employee branding for SaaS and professional services companies, public organizations, startups, and entrepreneurs.
She developed their tone of voice, messaging, and creative content, doubling their LinkedIn exposure and followers, achieving targeted sales and funding opportunities, developing thought leadership, and empowering employee engagement.
She is also coaching executives in preparing for public speaking opportunities, media interviews, and professional events.
Dr. Horowitz-Rozen holds a Ph.D. in Communication from Bar-Ilan University, where she developed strategies for organizations to communicate their narrative and achievements effectively.
Her post-doc research at the City University of New York’s Philanthropy and Civil Society Center expanded her expertise in understanding the American perspective of effective communications. She taught at universities in Israel and the United States, including Bar-Ilan, Reichman University, and Montclair State University, focusing on the impact of communication strategies and the American culture.
